The primary objective of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, commonly known as the Clean Water Act ("CWA"), is to restore and maintain the chemical, physical and biological integrity of the nation's surface waters. Ice Miller can assist you in obtaining a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System ("NPDES") permit to discharge to the nation's waterways, or a permit to discharge to a publicly-owned treatment works ("POTW").
