Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010

The Small Business Jobs and Credit Act of 2010 (the Act) was signed into law by President Obama on Sept. 27, 2010. The Act is significant small business legislation. The law is designed to provide resources to help small businesses continue to drive economic recovery and create jobs.
