Ice Miller’s government procurement practice provides proactive advice and assistance to businesses interested in government contracts. Our attorneys first identify government agencies that require goods or services produced by our clients. We then help our client prepare timely and complete responses to the requests for proposals (RFPs) issued by the government agency. We also provide representation before the appropriate agencies at all stages when it is part of the procurement process.
