NCAA Infractions and Appeals

The depth and experience of the Ice Miller Collegiate Sports Practice enables our team to provide effective representation to an NCAA member institution in the event that it must respond to an NCAA Notice of Allegations or appear before the NCAA Committee on Infractions (COI). The Collegiate Sports Practice has proven experience with positive results in handling NCAA investigations and inquiries by assisting NCAA member institutions with an NCAA Notice of Inquiry, conducting a complete and thorough review of potential NCAA rule violations and submitting the results of that review to the institution. The Collegiate Sports Practice also has a successful track record of assisting member institutions in conducting investigations of self-reported NCAA rules violations and submitting the results of those inquiries to the NCAA Enforcement Staff.
