NCAA Infractions and Appeals

The depth and experience of the Ice Miller Collegiate Sports Practice enables our team to provide effective representation to a NCAA member institution in the event that it needs to conduct an internal investigation into possible NCAA violations or must respond to a NCAA Notice of Allegations and/or appear before the NCAA Committee on Infractions (COI). The Collegiate Sports Practice has proven experience with conducting investigations, responding to an NCAA Notice of Allegations, presenting information at a hearing before the COI hearing, and assisting NCAA member institutions with an appeal of an NCAA penalty or finding.
