International Agreements

Transactions between American and foreign parties raise dispute resolution, shipping, currency, enforcement, customs and other problems that often are not addressed in agreements that have been prepared for domestic transactions. Ice Miller lawyers have prepared hundreds of international agreements and have the experience necessary to identify and resolve these issues. Our lawyers regularly assist clients with the preparation and negotiation of a variety of international agreements, including joint venture, supply and distribution, agency and licensing agreements. We also work closely with Ice Miller's Corporate Practice Group on international aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and financings.
