Endangered Species
The Endangered Species Act provides a program for the conservation of threatened and endangered animals and plants and the habitats in which they are found. The Indiana Department of Natural Resources ("DNR") has the authority and responsibility to protect and properly manage the fish and wildlife resources of the State. Ice Miller represents clients relating to:
- Taking of endangered and threatened species;
- Applying for Limited Take Permits for a Specific State Endangered Species; and
- Reviewing potential impairments on the use and development of property regarding endangered and threatened species.
