Ice Miller's attorneys have the knowledge and experience to advise and represent colleges and universities in their relationships with students and faculty. Our attorneys help educational institutions understand and comply with the array of federal laws and regulations governing higher education, advise concerning risk management and policies involving students, advise about conduct and academic disciplinary matters involving students and represent institutions in litigation brought by students.
