Community Right To Know (EPCRA)

Ice Miller has handled many matters relating to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act ("EPCRA"), which covers emergency planning, community notification, and reporting requirements. Our representations in this area have included:

• Negotiating with EPA on an EPCRA enforcement matter on behalf of a manufacturing client resulting in a $20,00 reduction in the EPCRA fine
