Compliance and Permits - Air
The Clean Air Act ("CAA") and its amendments requires sources to have various types or levels of construction and operating permits. All sources of regulated air pollutants could potentially need a permit from the State. Ice Miller attorneys can assist you in determining whether there are any criteria pollutants (those for which National Ambient Air Quality Standards ("NAAQS") have been established) or Hazardous Air Pollutants of concern for your source, and obtain:
- Construction Permits
- Operating Permits
- Amendments, Modifications or Revisions to Existing Operating Permits
Ice Miller attorneys work on all related air matters, including fugitive dust, lead, asbestos and burning. In addition, the Firm has experience in air emission activities not currently regulated by IDEM, including indoor air matters.
