Litigation often extends beyond trial to the appellate courts. This is especially true of cases involving significant sums of money, emerging areas of practice or unsettled legal issues. Ice Miller’s appellate practice group has the experience and resources necessary to represent clients in state and federal appellate courts, no matter how complex the issue.
