Antitrust Regulation and Investigation

The Firm has had a sizable practice before the federal antitrust agencies. This aspect of our antitrust practice has included numerous filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, actively addressing and taking preemptive actions to avoid second-request investigations, coordinating document productions, responding to civil investigative demands, defending criminal investigations and challenging third-party transactions.
