Collective Bargaining

Employers and employees benefit from well-planned, well-designed collective bargaining agreements. Negotiating collective bargaining agreements on behalf of employers, and helping administer the agreements, is an important part of Ice Miller’s labor and employment practice. We also represent employers who deal with strikes by employees. We have pursued lawsuits for damages against strikers and their unions.
