Construction Labor

Ice Miller has many years of experience providing consultation and counsel to construction-related clients. To limit construction job site disputes, we work with construction managers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop job site layout and project scheduling strategies. Ice Miller represents construction clients facing problems such as unlawful strike and picketing activities, often seeking court injunctions to halt these activities. Our attorneys also serve as labor counsel to businesses in the construction industry in disputes before the National Labor Relations Board. Among the types of disputes in which we are involved are efforts by unions to represent union employees and unfair labor practice charges.
