Recent examples of matters in which members of the Firm have been involved are:

• Represented one or more PRPs at Superfund sites.
  
• Represented one or more PRPs at RCRA sites.
  
• Acted as counsel for PRP Groups in litigation against recalcitrant PRPs.
  
• Represented clients in environmental enforcement litigation in which Ice Miller handled federal and state enforcement actions under environmental rules and regulations regarding clean air, solid and hazardous waste, wastewater and other provisions. Such representations included both civil and criminal investigations and enforcement actions.
  
• Represented a client accused of discharging contaminants into a major waterway which allegedly resulted in the destruction of the waterway's entire ecosystem. This representation included a criminal investigation, civil litigation and private class action claims.
