In recent representations Ice Miller has:

• Structured an acquisition for an international manufacturing client to include asset acquisition, lease arrangements and property carve-outs to address concerns regarding environmental laws in numerous jurisdictions
  
• Overseen the delineation and due diligence of a potentially contaminated property, which led to the drafting and structuring of an indemnification agreement and clean-up of the property pre-closing
  
• Negotiated for a specific environmental escrow with an independent disbursement procedure and an associated indemnification extending through the relevant statute of limitations.
