Recent examples include:
- Defended a pest control company that applied a termiticide, chlorpyrifos, that allegedly resulted in a fish kill, property damage, and environmental stigma loss;
- Represented defendants at a construction site who allegedly contributed to toxic fumes in a school that allegedly caused a student’s brain injuries;
- Represented a supplier of gas pumps, piping, and petroleum equipment that were allegedly defective and caused or contributed to petroleum contamination, fumes, and other losses;
