Blake Schulz focuses his practice on transactional real estate where he represents clients in commercial, industrial and multi-family real estate projects through the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition stages. He is experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions, including site selection, due diligence, contract negotiation, and has represented clients at hearings, mediations and other dispute resolution proceedings.
 

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Schulz was an associate at an Am Law 75 law firm. He also was in-house legal counsel and manager of real estate for ITT Educational Services, Inc., where he managed the commercial real estate and leasing portfolio for 50 technical colleges, totaling more than 1.25 million square feet.
