Diane Menashe, a partner in Ice Miller’s Litigation Practice as well as Director of Litigation Training & Pro Bono Activities, has been named to Columbus CEO’s 2021 Future 50 Leaders Class.

Ice Miller paralegals collected 1,798 teddy bears for the 2019 Teddy Bear Challenge, sponsored by the Indianapolis Bar Association Paralegal Committee. For the fourth year in a row, the Firm received a Certificate of Recognition for most bears collected. The Certificate was presented at the Indianapolis Bar Association Paralegal Committee’s Holiday Luncheon on December 6.

On November 5, 2019, the Southern District of Ohio held that Papa John's violated the Fair Labor Standards Act's ("FLSA"), Anti-Kickback regulation when it failed to pay pizza delivery drivers either the actual costs of using their personal vehicles to deliver pizzas or reimbursing them at the IRS standard business mileage rate as prescribed in the Department of Labor Field Operations Handbook.
