Ice Miller Earns Three Recognitions for Supporting Women at the Firm

In recent weeks, Ice Miller earned three separate recognitions for its commitment to supporting and advancing women. The Firm is proud of its reputation of fostering diversity and elevating the unique talents our female attorneys and staff bring to the table.

First, Ice Miller earned a place among Working Mother’s “50 Best Law Firms for Women” for 2017. Ice Miller has earned this recognition from Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers from 2007-2009 and 2012-2017. This ranking is decided by multiple factors, including flexibility, paid time off, representation, leadership, compensation, advancement of women and the retention and development of women. Learn more about this ranking here.

Additionally, Ice Miller was ranked among the Best Law Firms for Women by Law360’s 2017 Glass Ceiling report. The Firm ranked fourth for U.S. firms with 300-599 attorneys. It is the only Indiana-based firm to appear in the top ten. Law360’s Glass Ceiling Report collects and analyzes data to determine the highest representation of women at both partner and non-partner levels within law firms. Learn more here.

Ice Miller’s final recognition also involves representation of female attorneys. The American Lawyer ranked Ice Miller as having the eleventh highest percentage of female equity partners of all Am Law 200 firms. Read more about our Am Law 200 ranking here.

While each recognition was determined using a different set of criteria, they illustrate the ways women help Ice Miller to be a nationally-recognized law firm. We applaud the efforts of our female attorneys and staff who contribute to the Firm’s success. Ice Miller is committed to cultivating and maintaining a diverse workforce.
