I am pleased that Ice Miller is sponsoring this first-of-its-kind academic conference to be held at Indianapolis's own Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law this March. Panels and presentations will address issues ranging from the treatment of Jews and antisemitism in the legal profession, hate speech laws, religion and state, civil rights law, Holocaust reparations litigation, zoning laws visual representations of Jewish identity and critical race theory. Selected papers from the Conference will be published in the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality.
