I'm hearing from a number of my clients, across industries, that keeping their workforce intact is their number one concern, even if they have not been affected by the "Great Resignation." This article from Forbes offers a few pointers about having difficult conversations to take the pulse of what your organization can do better before it is too late (i.e., before the exit interview).  

Opening a dialogue is a great idea and a key first step. Following through with what you hear— especially the parts that you may not like— is key.
