The webinar covers the basics of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), including an introduction to the regulators and recent communications to the public regarding the FCPA. Panelists will analyze the standards for a compliance program review, including what makes a program current and effective as well as how often the program requires review. They will also discuss the role of a compliance coordinator as well as record keeping, training, retaliation and various other matters.
