Ice Miller LLP hosted a training session for Equip for Equality’s Voting Access Chicago Initiative on March 7. The goal of the initiative is to ensure polling location compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and to make polling sites in Chicago accessible to individuals with diverse disabilities and older adults.
In a ceremony on March 14, the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA) presented partner Bob Schillerstrom, Illinois Tollway Board of Directors Chairman, with the Visionary Award for his service to the community of Chicago and the construction industry.
Ice Miller LLP attorney Amy Berg is a member of Class 17 of the AgrIInstitute Indiana Agricutural Leadership Program (ALP), which provides individuals involved in agriculture and related industries and those who serve rural communities with the opportunity to improve leadership skills, gain understanding and develop the expertise needed to provide leadership in public affairs for their businesses and communities.
