Ice Miller LLP, accounting firm John Kasperek Co., Inc. and public finance municipal advisor Speer Financial, Inc. hosted the inaugural South Suburban Economic Development Incentives Breakfast event in South Holland, Illinois on March 7.
The event offered guests the opportunity to learn about new and trending financial information, regulations and special real estate financings available through opportunity zones and public-private partnerships to improve cities and villages. Attendees also heard more about how to implement finance department best practices and how to use bond and economic incentive agreements to improve park districts, school districts, colleges, cities and villages.
