In the area of construction law, Ice Miller is one of only two law firms in Indiana to receive this recognition, and is one out of only seven law firms in Illinois to receive this recognition.
 
In the area of construction litigation, Ice Miller is one of only two law firms in Indiana to receive this recognition, is one out of only 11 law firms in Illinois, and one of only two law firms in Ohio to receive this recognition.

Gary’s practice concentration is in construction law, including drafting and negotiating construction and design contracts, assisting on project delivery issues (including P3 projects) and handling construction disputes. He has worked on a wide variety of large public and private projects, including Lucas Oil Stadium, the Indianapolis Mid-field Terminal, the Indiana Convention Center expansion, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the Ohio River Bridges Project, and the I-69, Section 5.
  • John Gilligan. John was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America© 2017 in the area of construction litigation. John is a trial lawyer who represents clients in complex business disputes. With 37 years of trial experience, John has tried more than 70 cases to decision, the majority by jury verdict, in state and federal court, the Ohio Court of Claims and before arbitration panels. John is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, whose members are selected by invitation only after an extensive investigation of their trial records and integrity.
  • Hansel Rhee. Hansel was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America© 2017 in the area of construction litigation. Hansel is a partner and deputy chair of the Firm’s Litigation and Intellectual Property practice group. He focuses his practice on all aspects of construction law and represents owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals throughout the construction process. He specializes in the claims and dispute resolution process, including mediation, arbitration and litigation of claims arising from construction projects.   • Eric Singer. Eric was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America© 2017 the areas of construction law and construction litigation, and was named by Best Lawyers® as 2017 “Lawyer of the Year” in Chicago in construction litigation.
