Ice Miller Signs Pay Equity Pledge
November 7, 2018
Ice Miller signed the Columbus Commitment: Achieving Pay Equity pledge at the Columbus Women’s Commission Latina Women’s Equal Pay Day event on Nov. 1. Mike Reese, Ice Miller Whiteboard’s Director of Public Advocacy and Business Development, spoke at the event, while Richard Barnhart, a managing partner for Ice Miller, signed the pledge on behalf of the Firm.

The Columbus Commitment was launched by the Columbus Women’s Commission in an effort to eliminate the gender pay gap. Ice Miller signed the pledge because it is dedicated to building a more inclusive workplace that represents the communities it serves, and pay equity is a critical part of meeting that goal. Ice Miller wants to be a part of the solution and is committed to sharing its best practices with other organizations to help bridge that gap and make a meaningful contribution to long-term workforce improvements.
