Greg Dunn and Lindsay Miller to Present at Smart Regions Conference

Attorneys Greg Dunn and Lindsay Miller are speakers at the upcoming Smart Regions Conference on Oct. 25 at the BB&T Arena in Newport, Ky. In its first year, the Midwest Internet of Things (IoT) Showcase and Smart Regions Conference includes speakers, presentations, awards and a number of exhibitions, as well as a professional drone race.

Lindsay Miller is one of four speakers at the Urban Impact Featured Presentations Oct. 25 from 11:15 a.m. to 12 p.m. The presentations will focus on “smart cities” technology and how the IoT can help communities overcome geographic and socioeconomic barriers. Specifically, the presentations will focus on efforts in the Greater Cincinnati area. Lindsay will be joined by Juan Antonio Islas Munoz of the College of DAAP, Gjoko Muratovski of University of Cincinnati and Mark Zannoni of Smart Cities & Transportation, IDC.

Greg Dunn is presenting “Smart Cities are Connected Cities” on Oct. 25 from 2-3 p.m. alongside Rob Scott of Cincinnati Bell and Jamie Sullivan of AT&T. Their smart cities discussion will focus on making Greater Cincinnati a more connected region that fosters growth and opportunity in both municipalities and the private sector.
