The Tech Talk, “Fault and Fairness: Navigating the Legal Issues of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and other Emerging Technologies,” will involve a discussion about the concepts of fault and fairness as lawmakers apply legal concepts to a rapidly shifting world.

Hub88 is a new technology incubator set to open on the north side of Naperville in fall 2018. Evolving from the rich history of technology, science and industry along Illinois I-88, hub88 will provide regional entrepreneurial resources to help the community discover, build, test and commercialize emerging technologies and services.

Reena Bajowala focuses her practice on information technology, data security and privacy and employment matters. She counsels and defends information technology (IT) companies (including software developers, cloud-based storage providers and tech startups), online and brick-and-mortar retailers, manufacturers and automotive industry clients in disputes, under a wide variety of laws, including contract, tort, copyright, trade secret and trademark law.
