Mid-Senior Level Healthcare Associate-Chicago
Ice Miller is seeking an attorney to join our Healthcare Transactions practice group in Chicago. Candidates must have at least four (4) years of demonstrated experience in health care transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, private equity deals and other contractual arrangements (management arrangements, provider services agreements, physician employment agreements, etc.) Ideal candidates will also have demonstrated experience counseling health care providers on a variety of regulatory matters including fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine and Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement issues.

Mid-to-Senior Private Equity Associate – New York

Ice Miller is seeking a midlevel or mid-to-senior level private equity attorney to join our New York office. Successful candidates will work with our busy Private Equity team in New York representing middle market and lower middle market private equity funds, private debt funds, SBICs, BDCs, family offices and independent sponsors in their investment strategies, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, senior and mezzanine debt financings, structured equity investments, growth capital transactions, early and late stage private equity investments and secondary transactions. Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate
Ice Miller is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience to join our Litigation practice group. The associate would become part of a team that represents clients in various commercial litigation matters around the country, particularly in Indiana State and Federal trial and appellate courts. Candidates must have excellent legal research and writing skills, strong oral communication skills, a team-oriented mentality, and be a motivated self-starter with excellent law school credentials and references. We prefer candidates who have written discovery and deposition experience, who have drafted pleadings, motions, and briefs, and have courtroom experience. Clerkship experience is also a plus.

Public Affairs Attorney or Professional -- Washington, D.C.
 

Ice Miller is seeking an experienced attorney or public affairs professional to join our Federal Public Affairs practice group in Washington, D.C. Candidates must have at least 5-10 years of experience in the public and/or private sector with experience in any of the following areas: healthcare; energy; tax; trade; and appropriations.
 
In this position you will:

  • Work with a small, close-knit team of attorneys, lobbyists, and professional staff;
  • Be part of a sophisticated, growing federal affairs practice that advises private entities, foreign governments, state and local governments, non-profit and advocacy organizations, and individuals on a broad range of federal policy issues;

Ice Miller is seeking a mid-to-senior level finance associate with at least 3 years of law firm experience to join our business group in any location.

Successful candidates will work with our business group across several offices representing lenders and borrowers in varied and complex financial transactions with a particular focus on the financing of private equity acquisitions and both senior and mezzanine debt transactions. Prior experience with structuring, documenting, and closing financing transactions in a wide variety of industries required.
