Life Sciences Patent Associate – Philadelphia Office

Corporate Transactional Attorney - New York

Successful candidates will work with our Private Equity team in New York representing private equity funds, private debt funds, SBICs, BDCs, family offices and independent sponsors in their investment strategies, including leveraged buyouts, senior and mezzanine debt financings, structured equity investments, growth capital transactions, early and late stage private equity investments and secondary transactions. While experience working on corporate transactions for middle market and lower middle market private equity funds is preferred, it is not necessary for this role. We are willing to train the right candidate. However, corporate transactional experience is preferred.
