Corporate Transactional Attorney - Columbus

We are seeking corporate transactional attorneys with 3 to 6 years of corporate transactional experience. Successful candidates will work with our Private Equity team representing private equity funds, private debt funds, SBICs, BDCs, family offices and independent sponsors in their investment strategies, including leveraged buyouts, senior and mezzanine debt financings, structured equity investments, growth capital transactions, early and late stage private equity investments and secondary transactions. While experience working on corporate transactions for middle market and lower middle market private equity funds is preferred, it is not necessary for this role. We are willing to train the right candidate. However, corporate transactional experience is preferred.

Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney – Indianapolis, Chicago, or DuPage County, Illinois Office
