Real Estate Associate -- Columbus
Ice Miller is seeking a junior attorney to join our Real Estate practice group in Columbus. Candidates must have effective legal research skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a team-oriented mentality. We are interested in motivated self-starters who have strong law school credentials and references. Prior firm experience in a corporate or real estate practice is preferred.

Construction Law and/or Litigation Associate – Indianapolis

Ice Miller is seeking an associate with at least 3 years of experience with construction law and/or litigation to join our Indianapolis office to become a part of a team that represents clients in construction matters, including contract drafting and negotiating, litigation, and related project development matters. Candidates must have prior firm or other experience in litigation or construction law, including conducting effective legal research and drafting pleadings, contracts and/or other legal documents. Candidates also must have excellent written and oral communication skills, a team-oriented mentality, and be a motivated self-starter with strong law school credentials and references.

Finance Associate -- New York

We are seeking an associate with 3 to 6 years of experience in lending transactions representing both borrowers and lenders in private equity and other financing transactions, including senior loans, unitranche loans, second lien loans, mezzanine or subordinated financing transactions. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of financing structures, credit agreements, intercreditor and AAL agreements, security agreements, and documenting finance transactions. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other general corporate transactions is preferred but not required. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, a team oriented mentality, and be a motivated self-starter with strong law school credentials.

Finance Associate – Chicago, DuPage (IL), or Columbus
