Making the Transition
Our integration process makes the transition easy. During your first month with us, you will: 
  • Meet with a Managing Partner
  • Meet with Practice Group Leader
  • Have dinner with your Practice Group
  • Develop a robust business plan
In addition to meetings with Firm Leadership, you will meet with members of our Business Development Team to review services to help you market yourself, grow your practice and ensure an effortless transition for your already established clients. Our communications plans and client outreach highlight our Client Commitments, putting your existing clients at ease knowing they can still depend on the same quality of service.
