Job Description:
The Network Administrator will monitor and provide maintenance to the Firm's Network environments, including all technological components such as software, hardware and related infrastructure. The employee will ensure that our network is available, secure, and has sufficient capacity for the business of the Firm.
Essential Job Duties: 
•Maintain plans and procedures for configuration back-up and restoration for firewalls, switches, routers and additional essential enterprise network equipment
•Assist in the maintenance of the Firm's Data Center Colocation Network topology as well as on site Network and Server rooms.
•Monitor Cisco LAN/WAN connectivity
•Utilize Multi-Layer switching technology
•Assist in management and configuration of Wireless routers , controllers and access points
•Assist with data center operations, procedures and control mechanisms
•Maintain hardware and software standards as dictated by the Director 
•Perform system maintenance; ensure minimal impact to internal and external customers
•Serve as a resource for Tier II-level Service Desk Support issues to assist in timely resolution on all Network related issues.
•Assist with the documentation of all architecture, configuration, process and procedures to ensure standardization
•Creation of reporting through monitoring tools
Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field required; or 5 years of equivalent work experience
•Significant experience troubleshooting network connectivity and routing issues
•Demonstrated knowledge of network security technology
•Knowledge Firewall technology and configuration 
•Understanding of QOS configuration supporting telecommunications, application performance and video conference traffic
•Legal industry technical experience a plus
•Able to work within an Infrastructure team, relating how all technologies must work together.
•Must be able to perform all essential duties
