Job Description:
Our Operations Support Assistant position is a great entry-level introduction into the legal industry and helps you build the skills and knowledge you need to further your career. As you develop your skills and demonstrate success in this position, you will have the opportunity to advance and continue making a valuable contribution to our client-centric team while working with our attorneys and paralegals across multiple practice groups. 

You will have the opportunity to dress for your day and learn from our experienced professionals while you utilize your technology, organizational and communication skills to provide next-level administrative support to our diverse group of professionals. 
Essential Job Duties: 
•Provide best in class administrative support to our Firm, including a variety of projects across multiple practice groups and functional areas 
•Submit and process invoices and expense reimbursements through an electronic software system, Chrome River 
•Prepare outgoing mail/certified packages for staff
•Assist with onboarding new Attorneys
•Cross-Train in all areas to provide high-level support
•Input and update contact management information in the Client Relationship Management system, InterAction
•Prepare engagement letters and other documentation as necessary
•Retain administrative contracts, work product and documents 
•Enter and track electronic file opening process through workflow system (IntApp) for all practice groups and understand practice group specific file opening protocols 
•Enter and review time entries for timekeepers  
Minimum Requirements:
•High school diploma required
•Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional services environment preferred 
•Proficient or intermediate experience using Microsoft Office products 
•Proactively adopts and uses firm technology tools to enhance efficiency 
•Strong ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines 
•Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment 
•Exceptional attention to detail
•Ability work independently and part of a team 
•Exceptional client service skills both over the phone and in-person
•Contributes to an inclusive team environment 
•Ability to work with a diverse group of professionals across all offices 
•Must be able to perform all essential duties
