COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates: What Employers Need to Know

 
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) related to mandatory vaccinations or testing for employers with 100 or more employees was published on November 5, 2021. Although there are pending challenges to the ETS, it is critical for employers to understand the status of the ETS, its requirements and what actions they need to take to avoid potential fines that can be substantial.

Join the Wellness Council of Indiana and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce on November 11 at 10:00 a.m. for a webinar about the status of the new OSHA ETS and its requirements. Tami Earnhart and Ryan Poor from Ice Miller LLP will speak.
