Ice Miller RES + ROI Services | Advancing NCAA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Reviews

Return On Inclusion (ROI) and Ice Miller Racial Equity Solutions (RES) are teaming up to assist college athletic departments in taking the next steps to create more equitable environments for student-athletes, coaches, and administrators. The ROI x Ice Miller RES partnership offers customizable service models that use data driven methods and practical solutions to support institutions in the DEI review process. 

Each NCAA Division I member school and conference must conduct a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) review every four years. The attestation for Division I schools is due August 1, 2023, and the attestation for Division I conferences is due August 1, 2024.
