“It’s not a matter of if; it’s a matter of when” is a common refrain heard when discussing information technology breaches, errors or mistakes. And the consequences of compliance missteps in the health care field can be costly and damaging, particularly to your organization’s reputation.

This year’s Jaharis Health Law Institute Health Care Compliance Conference will be presented in a hybrid format. Crisis management experts will focus on managing risk by creating a compliance crisis management plan and rebuilding trust when things go awry through savvy media relations.
