2020 Diversity & Inclusion Council Staff Subcommittee Named

Ice Miller's strategic plan is centered on building a work environment that will attract team members who are seeking a diverse and inclusive organization to grow their careers. Further, we are focused on developing equitable systems and inclusive policies that will retain and advance team members from all backgrounds.

Under the leadership of the Diversity & Inclusion Council, we made significant progress on our 2020 Diversity & Inclusion Strategic Plan using a data-driven approach coupled with multiple feedback loops to gather input and determine our path forward. Six task forces and working groups engaged 230+ team members in more than 60 interviews, focus groups and surveys to develop recommendations that enhance inclusion across the Firm. One resulting 2020 strategic plan action is the formation of a staff subcommittee. 

The Diversity & Inclusion Council Staff Subcommittee brings staff members together across multiple offices to champion the Firm’s diversity and inclusion work and engage in policy, program and people development in support of the Firm’s diversity and inclusion strategy.
