Ice Miller Partners with Gregory S. Fehribach Center for Summer Internship Program

During the summer of 2021, Ice Miller participated in the Gregory S. Fehribach Center’s paid internship program. The Gregory S. Fehribach Center empowers Indiana college students with physical disabilities to find gainful, sustainable and equitable employment by engaging students in comprehensive and diverse internships that build skills, confidence and work history to maximize competitiveness in the workforce. The goal of the Center is to assist students in being better prepared for full-time employment after graduation.

Mackenzie Riley, a senior at Purdue University Fort Wayne studying organizational leadership, interned in the firm’s department of talent acquisition, human resources, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. During her internship, she worked on diversity, equity and inclusion projects, helped to develop professional development programs, organized team building exercises and worked on various communication documents for the firm. She was one of 52 students from 26 colleges and universities that participated in the paid internships program this summer.
