Attorney Moein Khawaja Joins Ice Miller

Ice Miller LLP is pleased to welcome Moein Khawaja, an attorney in the Firm’s Business Group. Moein’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and agreements, representation of start-up and emerging growth companies, private equity and venture capital transactions, regulatory compliance and general corporate and governance matters.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Moein practiced business law at a firm in Chicago and was also the director of a civil liberties nonprofit organization. Moein earned his juris doctor from the Indiana University School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Moein served as managing editor of the Indiana Law Journal and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Terry A. Crone at the Indiana Court of Appeals.
