Indianapolis, Ind. – Ice Miller LLP is pleased to announce that Scott Snively has been appointed to the board of directors for The Indiana Chapter of the National Tooling & Machining Association (INTMA).
 
Scott is a partner in the Firm's Business Group. Scott's practice involves advising clients on general corporate matters and complex mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and financing transactions.
 
Scott's experiences include representing private equity clients in numerous equity and mezzanine investments and leveraged buy-outs. Scott also serves as primary legal advisor for many small to mid-size companies. Scott advises clients on various legal matters including formation, investment structures, succession planning, exit strategies, corporate governance and various contract issues. Scott graduated from DePauw University with a Bachelor of Arts in communications in 1998 and earned his juris doctorate in 2001 from the DePaul University, School of Law.
