Ice Miller Awarded Mansfield Certification Status

Ice Miller LLP is pleased to report the Firm has earned Mansfield Certification status.
 
Ice Miller was one of 117 law firms that participated in Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule certification program. The goal of the program is to boost the representation of lawyers from historically underrepresented groups in law firm leadership by broadening the pool of candidates considered for these opportunities.
 
The program requires law firms to affirmatively consider at least 30 percent women, lawyers of color, lawyers with disabilities, and/or LGBTQ+ lawyers for 70 percent or more of the firm’s leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions, formal client pitch opportunities and senior lateral positions.
