Ice Miller Names Roya Porter 2021 LCLD Pathfinder

Ice Miller LLP has chosen Roya Porter, an attorney in the Firm’s Business Practice Group, as its 2021 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder. Roya will participate in a program designed by the LCLD to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.

Grey, Jr., the LCLD Pathfinder Program offers participants “intensive in-person training, online experiential learning, and opportunities to network with peers and esteemed LCLD Fellows and Alumni in small group gatherings. We believe it’s a program that can help catapult a person’s career.”
 
Roya joins a select group of experienced Ice Miller attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their leadership potential in recent years. This group includes 2021 Fellow Michael Allen, 2020 Pathfinder Simone Park, 2019 Fellow Freedom Smith, 2018 Fellow Isaac Colunga and 2018 Pathfinder Charles Bush.
