Ice Miller Represents Praesidian Capital in Acquisition of e-Commerce Distribution Business

Ice Miller LLP represented private equity firm Praesidian Capital in its acquisition of a leading e-commerce distribution business located in the Southwest United States. The acquisition will help Praesidian expand its footprint in the Southwest region. 

Partners Tom Kesoglou and Chase Stuart led the Ice Miller team in the acquisition. Spirit Bank of Tulsa provided financing for the transaction and Ice Miller LLP served as legal counsel to Praesidian.
