Ice Miller LLP is excited to welcome Samuel Raboy to the Firm’s Business Group in New York, where he focuses on private equity mergers and acquisitions. Sam represents financial sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers, in a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, growth equality financings and other investments.

Sam has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in public and private mergers and acquisitions, including joint ventures and equity co-investments, and regularly counsels clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Ice Miller, Sam worked as a corporate attorney in New York. He has represented private equity funds, public and private companies and sovereign governments in connection with domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and equity investments in a broad range of industries. Sam also has an extensive pro bono practice, advising non-profits and their boards of directors on governance and other intricate issues.
