Ice Miller Welcomes Jenny Frasier

Ice Miller LLP is pleased to welcome Jennifer (Jenny) Frasier as of counsel in Ice Miller’s Business group. Jenny will focus her practice on business services, general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions.
“Jenny’s strong understanding of the current business environment and how businesses can best utilize legal services gives her the ability to provide legal advice that is tailored to individual client needs,” said John Thornburgh, partner and chairman of Ice Miller’s Business group. “We are glad to have her join our Firm and assist our business clients in achieving their goals.”
Prior to joining Ice Miller, Jenny served as corporate counsel for a national utility services company where she advised management on contractual matters and regulatory compliance, oversaw all litigation, monitored intellectual property issues, and provided strategic counsel on all aspects of the employment relationship.   
Jenny earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Indiana University-Bloomington, and graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2007. While in law school, Jenny served as the Senior Notes Editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal.
