Ice Miller Welcomes Ken Rock

Ice Miller LLP is pleased to welcome Ken Rock as an associate in Ice Miller’s Litigation Group. Ken is a business litigator with extensive experience in commercial and bankruptcy-related disputes. Ken has worked on cases pending in a number of state and federal courts and has litigated FINRA and other arbitrations.

“Ken is very skilled in solving clients’ most complex and high stakes problems,” said Steve Humke, chief managing partner of Ice Miller. “He is a strong addition to our Litigation Group.”
Ken started his career as an associate in the New York City office of an Am Law 100 firm where he represented financial institutions, professional services firms and publicly-held companies in securities litigation and shareholder class actions challenging the completion of mergers and acquisitions.
Ken served as a law clerk to the Honorable Vanessa L. Bryant of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut from 2013 to 2015. Prior to joining Ice Miller, Ken was an associate in the Hartford office of a large Connecticut-based law firm where he litigated significant commercial, intellectual property and bankruptcy-related disputes.
During law school Ken was an executive articles editor on the New York University Annual Survey of American Law and a teaching assistant for the first-year legal writing course known at NYU Law as the “Lawyering Program.”
