Jason Lundy Appointed to LeadingAge Illinois Corporate Board

Ice Miller partner Jason Lundy has been appointed to the Corporate Board of LeadingAge Illinois, one of the largest and most respected associations of health care providers serving older adults in the state. LeadingAge Illinois supports senior care facilities by advocating for quality patient services, promoting innovative industry practices, and fostering collaboration between health care providers. 

“I am very excited to join the board and work to further LeadingAge Illinois’ mission to advocate for long-term care providers in the state,” Lundy said. 

A partner in Ice Miller’s Health Care Group, Jason Lundy concentrates his practice on long-term care and senior housing. He regularly represents the types of health care facilities supported by LeadingAge, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living facilities, continuing care retirement communities, and senior housing. He assists those providers in meeting the specialized operational and regulatory compliance requirements faced by long-term care facilities, conducting internal investigations, responding to investigations by regulators and administrative hearings, and resolving litigation matters in state, federal, and appellate courts.
