Menashe Secures Not Guilty Verdict

Ice Miller Partner Diane Menashe secured a not guilty verdict for Matheau Moore, a Delaware County, Ohio man who had been charged with murdering his wife and staging it to look like a suicide. This is Menashe’s third multi-week, jury-trial victory in the last six months. In April, she helped secure a not guilty verdict for Columbus, Ohio doctor William Husel, who had been charged with 14 counts of murder in connection with the deaths of 14 patients. Earlier this year, she helped secure a favorable verdict in a civil trial in Indiana.

The Moore jury took only three hours to return the not guilty verdict. Court TV, in its coverage of the Moore trial, credited Menashe’s courtroom work for the verdict. Watch Court TV’s post-verdict interview with Menashe here.
