Pierce Han Joins Business Practice at Ice Miller

Ice Miller is pleased to announce that Pierce Han has joined the firm as a partner in its Business Practice Group. Han, based in Washington, D.C. has spent his entire career working with clients on a broad range of matters, including those pertaining to federal securities laws, mergers and acquisitions, and international commercial transactions.

“We are excited to have Pierce join our team,” said Scott Snively, chair of Ice Miller’s Business Group. “He brings a wealth of knowledge and a diverse set of skills that will be an asset to our clients.” 

Han also regularly serves as an advisor to publicly traded companies on several business issues and represents a varied group of domestic and worldwide clients. Han will collaborate with other Ice Miller business attorneys in assisting clients in achieving their goals in all types of transactions, along with counseling on governance matters and compliance with securities laws and SEC reporting and disclosure issues.

He earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and his bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University.
