Tyler Kalachnik Elected Fellow of American College of Bond Counsel

Partner Tyler Kalachnik has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Bond Counsel (ACBC). The honor recognizes leading public finance lawyers throughout the United States and promotes high ethics and professionalism in the practice of public finance law.

Kalachnik, vice chair of the firm’s Public Finance Group, joins 23 other lawyers from across the United States who were elected Fellows of the Class of 2021. Fellows are selected through a nomination process and are expected to have substantial experience over a term of years and recognition by their peers as maintaining the highest standards of conduct.

Kalachnik has served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, disclosure counsel and borrower's counsel for both long-term and short-term financings involving the pledge of revenues, taxes or a combination thereof. Kalachnik also has experience in transactions involving letters of credit, standby bond purchase agreements, interest rate and commodity swaps.
