Many readers will recall the "Schoolhouse Rock!" classic, "Conjunction Junction." You may find yourself humming the tune at just the mention of the name of that episode, and you may also recall the gravelly voice of the train conductor helping us learn how to hook up words, phrases and clauses like train cars in the rail yard.
